Charles: Give it up. No matter how you try to reason with him, it is not going to do any good. Ignore him. Let these folks try to make some money on their little million ounce gold mines with $300 per ounce recovery costs.

How interesting! Hey Mr. Charters! The sole plaintiff in CV97-19376 says you are wrong! He says it's not class action and that the transcript you quote doesn't exists.

Are you calling your main source a liar or just saying he doesn't know what's going on in his own lawsuit?
