Haha, I was tricked by the internet. I thought he was Secretary of State, then Googled him briefly and changed it to Chief of Staff. Either way, my point was he had responsibilities and powers so it wasn't really such a dopey idea to think that he was actually in charge and going to make decisions in the absence of him having anyone to report to. Thanks for the correction. Now, the whole succession line can be Skyped into a continuous conference, or Googlewaved or what have you from anywhere. Mqurice
