Buck, I know it would have been great reading......So I now award you a cigar......if for no ther reason than to needle the Commission Nays. I patt you on the back for almost posting the link.....and for your intentions that are clearly in the best interests of those who would have enjoyed reading the material that would have been accessible had the time limit on the link not run out.
