Well, he works 24/7. Puts himself under a lot of stress. Has had chest pains (no heart damage though). Also has a lingering brains cyst. Probably benign (my guess). So he retired yesterday BUT after a nights sleep he's back. But on an extended vacation until he gets his stress under control...probably until spring training (my guess). Offensive coordinator is going to run things. Basically he just needs to learn how to relax every now and then. Delegate more.
