best stragety for warrant holders is to sell warrants as soon as possible, limit fy 97 capital gain tax, convert to common and use capital gain in 98 when common is back up over 8 or 9 .

all this warrant news is truely creating a golden opportunity purchase more mvsi at levels we will probably never see again in our life time.

we lost a good many good investors since august who took profits and were looking for a pull back after last august rise to 7 1/2, but mvsi keep rising even more.

but this week end, i had over 20 calls from past and current shareholders seeking my expert advise as to purchase more stock. I have been following mvsi probably longer than most and my recd is that this 6 1/2 to 6 3/4 range probably is a good place to purchase. if just half of those people buy back their original positions monday, we will certainly see a 400,000 share or close to it day monday.
