This one is beyond belief: 3. Disable aircraft-integrated passenger communications systems and services (phone, internet access services, live television programming, global positioning systems) prior to boarding and during all phases of flight. That is a lot of weight (not to mention the investment) that will carried for nothing. One idea is: Air Canada flies passengers to Canada. Passengers make stopover there. Air Canada create a number of easy convenient connection flights and fly the nanny flights into the US. Which is just a couple of hours. Say A380 nanny fligths hauling people from Canada into the US.
