... are you joking?! i guess not.

new new rules would be that all passengers will be knocked out by sleeping gas during entirety of flight, just like the way lobsters are shipped.

no more usa travel. no need for its dollars. and forget the cultural pollution.

This one is beyond belief:
3. Disable aircraft-integrated passenger communications systems and services (phone, internet access services, live television programming, global positioning systems) prior to boarding and during all phases of flight.

That is a lot of weight (not to mention the investment) that will carried for nothing.

One idea is: Air Canada flies passengers to Canada. Passengers make stopover there. Air Canada create a number of easy convenient connection flights and fly the nanny flights into the US. Which is just a couple of hours.

Say A380 nanny fligths hauling people from Canada into the US.
