But, we don't NEED your "concern", Dave. I doubt any NYC folks, other than those tasked with the job, give it a thought. They've got far more important things to worry about.

You should do an honest risk assessment and do the same. Worry every time you drive your vehicles, as if every other driver was a jihaddi terrorist. At least it will be a REAL thing to worry about.
