Flight crew may make no announcements or reference to position or landmarks while flying over US airspace, such as “Out the left side you can see the Empire State Building and Manhattan” I can easily believe this is true (because I have a very low opinion of bureaucrats), but it is very scary - because it means people are employed dreaming up ineffective restrictions when they should have been making sure that individuals who appear on watch lists have their multiple entry visas canceled. And making sure that both the watch lists and visa cancellations are communicated to foreign security agencies and all airlines. Why hasn't this been done, Ms. Napolitano? Because the data base is too large? Then how does Google find me a class mate from eons ago in literally nanoseconds?
