No it doesn't. Judges are hardly infallible, and they are even less in such politicized situations.

Also going along with it, once an agreement is in place, can arguably be the right, or at least an acceptable decision, even if the agreement was faulty or based on politics. The "going along with it" was made in the context of an existing agreement, which is a different situation than the forging of the agreement. Reject the agreement and it could take some time to get another one, and the politics of the situation may have made it somewhat similar anyway. Take away the government meddling and there is a good chance a more reasonable agreement would have been reached, but the meddling had already happened by the time the judge ok'd the decision.
