Putting a lot of pictures up as a screen saver is really very easy.

Create a file in your documents. Add all the pictures you want to be part of your screen saver. Go to the Control Panel and click on Display, then select Screen Saver. Then select the My Pictures Slideshow as the option you want for your screen saver. Next to that is "Settings." Select that and browse for the file you created that has all your pictures and choose all the other options you're presented with.

All you have to do is right click an image and "set as desktop background" (at least in Firefox.) It's a little different with images in email. I can tell you how to do that too if you like.

Try it with one of these:

Selecting a new Background:
You can set a picture as background by right clinking on it and select "set as desktop background". I would recommend selecting a locally accessible file as background rather than an online source.

You can also do it by:
Right click on and black portion of the screen.
For Windows XP
Select Properties
Select picture from the list or browse to more options
Select from the dropdown box Center, Stretch or Tile

For Windows Vista
Select Personalize
Select Desktop Background from the list
From the Location dropdown list select Pictures
It will default to My Pictures - you can browse from there.
Select the radio button for Center, Stretch or Tile

I hope this helps.
