That they do, and they make no statement whatsoever about the current probability of any future terrorism activities. Nothing at all.

Those figure might give you some idea about the probability of having been a victim of a prior terrorist attack, as of today.

Not that you can comprehend the difference.

As far as we and anyone else on the planet knows, the terrorists have no nukes.

That's true; if they'd had them, they would clearly have used them. But that's not to say they can't get them, and historically we know they have made numerous attempts to do just that.

Again, this isn't MY argument. It is the argument put forth by practically every expert on the subject. Not just a few, but almost every one. The consensus view on this subject is far stronger than that on so-called man-made global warming.
