It is despised, and it will totally disrupt and change 1/6 of the nation's economy. There is no precedent for passage of legislation this sweeping and this intrusive into American lives without (a) the support of the people and (b) a bipartisan vote in Congress. Never before has any major legislation so cavalierly been foisted upon the American people.
