look at Google: Phoenix, Tucson and Flagstaff. Flagstaff does not look like laying on a desert.

While were on the subject of Arizona...check out the Phoenix Lights.

Flagstaff is a nice place but Sedona is much better. Tucson would be my preference even though it has a really high crime rate. If you've got the bucks Pinnacle Peak is really nice just outside Phoenix.

Good food is hard to find but you will find Oregano's consistently good across Arizona.
