True. I'm not really talking about isolationism, which I believe is now impossible. However, I am talking about a significant retrenchment. I don't believe we should have American soldiers stationed in South Korea, which has a million man army. That's just an example of our overreaching. I think we should do more with fast, nimble armies, and fast attack, missiles, jets and drones. Rumsfeld was right about that part. I think we should fight fewer large scale wars. In addition, when we go to war, we should go to destroy our enemies in retribution, not to rebuild. Our purpose should never be to nation build, unless it is right here in the US. Our enemies should fear us, not expect us to rebuild them with handouts, which we borrow from China.
