Great post..told a friend yesterday who is a long term investor and
has most of his money in Ira where he doesn't have to pay capital
gains..when he thinks or starts hearing about possible recession he
should flip into short term bond fund..and not be brave..he can always
get back into the market if he is wrong and loose a few dollars rather
than possibly risking most of his gains..
it was easy to see what happens when there is nobody out there who
wants to buy..people won't be able to get that out of their unconscious...
also what happens when all the baby boomers want to sell their homes?
gloats ahead..
I was joking that, at least in this neighborhood, tons of big chain
pharmacies are moving in because I suspect they think they will sell
drugs to all the baby boomers who are gradually aging...I laughed and
said watch some website develop which will become the biggest and
cheapest drug dispenser in the world...somebody is going to make a
fortune...
