Assuming you're right about the explosives (I have no reason to doubt you, just know nothing about em), the part about the well-dressed stranger is even more ludicrous ... we're supposed to believe the guy had a well-heeled organization behind him, but they knew nothing about blasting caps? As for the terrorists having already won, no doubt about that, people will soon be having to take off their underwear along with their shoes. The only question is, as per BC's post, who exactly are the terrorists, and why did they stop mailing anthrax, etc.
