Found myself screaming at the TV again tonight. Wesley Clark was on O'Reilly's show (being hosted by some other guy). He kept talking about a criminal act and trying the underpants bomber in the criminal system. The mindset just drives me up the wall. These people continually want to treat this as a law enforcement problem. Following Wesley Clark, they had on a retired CIA guy and a Dem talking head (Chicago criminal defense lawyer). CIA guy says why are we holding this guy in the criminal system? Send him to Guantanamo, give him some harsh interrogation, waterboard him, find out what he knows - who did he train with? who supervised them? what other plans are in the works? Criminal defense lady yammers on about crimes and how our system of criminal justice just works fine and justice will be done very quickly (right... this young "extremist" isn't going to be tried much before spring, 2011). Hellfire is going to rain down on Obama and his band of happy clowns if it turns out this was the beginning of something major and we are hit multiple times in coming weeks. If that happens and it turns out we could have obtained information from undie bomber that would thwarted the plans, Obama will be toast.
