And also note I was one of the first on this thread to be critical of the lapse by the American embassy in Nigeria.

Oh, STFU already.

You are so FOS.

It doesn't take him months or years to admit something might of been wrong with the gov't's response.

Right. It has taken almost a full year. We've been telling you how screwed up the current administration's policy toward terrorism has been since Jan 21'09.

The reality is that until Obama changes back to the war footing GWB had us on, our nation is highly exposed and will continue to be the target of an ever-increasing number of attacks.

Obama has been foolish thus far, but that is to be expected -- he is a left wing nutjob by any definition, but is also far too inexperienced to have been placed in the job he is in.

And the result is that innocent Americans are losing their lives. We could have seen 300 dead last week.

I don't expect Americans are going to be in a very forgiving mood if amateurish mistakes result in a bunch of lost American lives. He skidded by on the Hasan attack, but if they bring down an airliner I believe the Obama presidency will be finished.

Once it happens, there is no getting it back. Most of the country is going to be less than understanding about it.
