Interesting post on pine nuts! I might try it after New Years. I could stand to have everything taste bitter for awhile. I just started looking into Senomyx today, but I was surprised the GRAS determination didn't have more of an effect on the stock. I assume it was anticipated, or perhaps the followers of the stock are in more of a "show me the money" phase. Whatever, it's an interesting approach. With childhood obesity running rampant, anything manufacturers can do to safely reduce sugar content without introducing artificial sweeteners would have to be a good thing.
