Yes, I've been doing something like that too, I changed my BP pills intake from 24 hours (or daily) to as long as 36 hours (every day and a half), anything less frequent seems to risk my BP shooting up. I take most other pills at random times during the day, but keep a log of the time I take the BP pills so I know when to pop 'em the next time.

When I take the BP pills less frequently my BP and Pulse Pressure rise a bit, so there may be a small worthwhile benefit for the normal daily BP pill-popping (as compared to a less frequent rate).
