Might I suggest we classify his behavior a "passive-aggressive presidential disorder" (PAPD)? :^) To take no action, when action might adversely effect the Socialistic, Islamic, and/or Racial agenda can have a serious and negative strategic effect. I am suggesting his indecisiveness may be intentional goal-oriented behavior that serves his purposes. Should that prove the case, it will have been a brilliant strategy. It seems that at times his decisions come quickly, particularly with some emotionally-charged, hot-button issues. For example we note his knee-jerk, anti-, Cambridge-police outburst. Obama seems selectively non-decisive; something is not adding up.
