Sarman.. ALL THAT PROVES is that the Ottoman's granted a deed that was valid UNDER OTTOMAN RULE. Alright, let make the rules as we go along, shall we? You asked for the deeds and presented to you. You do not recognize the deed. fair enough, thus nullify any deeds that the Ottomans granted the Zionists. Right? Regardless, The European Jews were shipped to Palestine. Right or wrong? To make room for them, the native of the land were pushed out. Right? Now the natives are demanding justice. Why do you want to deny them justice? Do you want to open up those Turkish documents and recognize TURKISH PROPERTY OWNERSHIP (especially the absentee landlords)?? Of course I would. The land belong to the million of Palestinians refugees outside Palestine, not to mention the millions that are forced to live in refugee camps in their own country. Israel will not be pleased, if these documents ever come out into the open. BTW, the Turks did not own the land, it is like any government in modern day they would tax you for it. Base on your premise, every time we elect a new government, I lose my house and my land? Geez, why the hell I pay taxes for. Do we start recognizing Mexican deeds/titles for land they previously ruled in Texas? Why the hell not. If we stole it, we should have the decency to pay up. Remember.. this was all PRIOR to the Fourth Geneva Convention. Geez, that makes right to steal, right? And when they became Jordanian subjects, they surrendered all claim to creating their own independent state under UN auspices. If that is true, they never left the frigging land. So you can't call them "traitors" when they CHOSE to become Jordanian subjects instead of creating their own Palestinian state. Who are you talking about? The Hashimites? or the Palestinians?
