your point is well taken for the average person, but somehow with limbaugh's health issues, i doubt he is at a loss for routine checkups and may very well be on a heart medicine (like russert)

be interesting to find out what if any medical treatment he is getting for angina or if this is a first time event for him

Screening can save lots of money for the few people for whom the screening finds a condition. But it won't save enough money in those few cases to outweigh the cost of the screening in the vast majority of cases where it finds nothing.
