Wife has a Bazilian friend already im Miami. I sent her and Experiment last year to have a look.

And I am telling her to join Angela and set up this business.

Angela knows many high income Curitiba people.

I think is feasible

Carlyle Group Buys Majority Stake In Brazil Tour Giant CVC

U.S. investment company Carlyle Group purchased a 63.6% stake in Brazilian tour operator CVC Turismo, the tour company said Thursday in a statement.

CVC is Brazil's largest tour operating company, evolving from a regional bus excursion provider to a large-scale international package holiday firm in recent years.

Last year, the company carried 2 million passengers, 20% more than in 2008.

The deal was closed in late December, according to the statement, which did not contain any financial details. CVC declined any further comment Thursday.

CVC's Guilherme Paulus will continue as chairman of the board and retain a minority stake.

CVC was founded 37 years ago in Greater Sao Paulo and has 400 shops, 900 workers and 8,000 accredited agents.

According to CVC, the company's focus continues to be the Brazilian market in the short and medium terms, with an eye on the forthcoming tourist inflows attracted by Brazil's hosting of the 2014 World Cup and 2016 Olympic Games.
