Bolton is more of a joke than Franken.

Neither one of them is worth listening to.

John Bolton is internationally known and respected while Franken is a joke.

Beyond that, if RMF posts actual arguments by Franken, I'll be happy to "get into it and analyze it", but most of the time Franken does no such thing.

Even if one was not to judge based on the conclusions and ideology of each, Bolton actually makes sophisticated arguments and presents analysis of facts and ideas. Franken mostly makes lame jokes or crude attacks.
