Thanks, Janet. I happen to own two fast food places and I know that we dread any kind of food borne contamination outbreak; we have to see that the meat is cooked just so, monitor cleanliness etc. Irradiation would be great if they can get it approved. Looks like STER is set up to benefit for any approval.

Isn't the whole idea behind their mini-cell thingie to be able to setup a system at the processing plant?
