Besides, I like to write in the margins sometimes, or underline a particular phrase I liked.

Speaking of such things, I once had a client who had his own style, that being pretty simple. Turning a phrase would not be something he would be accused of.

I came across a sentence while editing his book that just seemed so out of place that I knew he'd copied it. Just on the off chance that it might be online, I googled it and sure enough it was a phrase right out of one of Dickens' books.
