"<< Gee, I'll be darned...amazing, the largest consumer society on the planet has never stopped trading with Chile or China or embargoed them either and I believe they have had "authoritarian regime" periods. Could that have any impact on their "significantly higher standards of living" and more liberal economies?...NAAH
