As did the underwear bomber" "Corresponded with" is over-stating what occurred between Hasan and al-Awlaki. Hasan sent several emails about a variety of topics, mostly about his academic research. There is no known contact between the crotch bomber and al-Awlaki, although there is some suspicion. At best you are claiming guilt by association. "What was the substance of the emails? We don't know. But we do know they exist. " Now you are mixing fact and fantasy. We do know the content of Hasan's emails. And there was nothing extraordinary in them according to the FBI. I think they are in a better position than you to have an opinion on the subject.
