There are contingency plans for all kinds of whacked out stuff. Probably a plan to attack Antartica on the shelves somewhere. Yes California is broke, but I expect them to be bailed out by the Feds like GM. Maybe Congress will rule California for a time like they used to run the District of Columbia and make the hard choices for them. Congress however is part of the problem by passing all these laws that cost California a lot of money, like forcing California to give away services at taxpayer expense to those that don't pay taxes are here illegally and commit plenty of gang crime.

the first link is probably over a year old even though it is posted date is Dec 11, 2009. i read that article or similar a very long time ago. if i posted the stuff that i have been reading for years on this site, i would figuratively speaking get tarred and feathered on SI. the last link appears the most recent and is extremely disturbing to say the least. i am quite hung over from all of my drinking between Xmas and NY, so i will have to wait until i sober up to fully digest this info. also i may need to modify my medication dosages, but i don't really know at this point. if i adjust my meds just right i know the answers for everything, but i will return, when and if this happens and post whatever illuminating info. say what? who said that? you talking to me? if i don't post anything more i am probably back in rehab.
