I don't believe that. I think they can be found on both sides.

Lindsay Graham is both honest and fiscally responsible IMO. I believe Evan Bayh is, as well.

I'll agree it is getting harder to find these attributes in the same person. And there are far fewer Ds than Rs who meet both criteria.

He barely won against a no-name this year in NYC. We don't really like him.
