I always have tea in the morning and if I start getting tired in the afternoon, I'll have a cuppa to get a little pickmeup.

I think it is very civilized that the Brits stop for high tea in the afternoon. It was my favorite thing about London. There are only 2 places in L.A. that do high tea properly - with the finger sandwiches and desserts. Always spoils dinner though.
