Richest 5% made 132,551 in 1980. 210,684 1994 and 250,146 in 2000.

1980/1994 +59% and 1994/2000 19%
As ypou can see the greatest increase in income went to those already among the richest, +59% for the 5% wealthiest.

The richest 20% (1st Fifth) made 91,624 in 1980. 121,943 1994 and 141,620 in 2000.

1980/1994 +33% and 1994/2000 16%

No wonder there is a plutocracy that saves banks.
