I'm looking at one of the latest publications from the American College of Physicians. According to them, if radiation received from a regular Chest Xray is "1", then Calcium score study is 20-40, a diagnostic Coronary angiography is 200-500, and a coronary CT angiogram is 700-2100. Those are significant numbers. I just found a recent article on this subject, posted here on SI:
