Revolting, outrageous and contemptible thing to do, and will eventually cost America lives....It's only a matter of when and how many. You can bet it won't be his. His own know him and if he was a defector, they would know that too and would already have taken care of it long ago... .

the changing of america and the the new constitution since the days of clinton, the new game in town is twisting the words of interpretation of laws, re-interpretations, and modern day political and legal vernacular to circumvent the initial intent of previous laws and rights of american citizens. e.g. "i didn't inhale", "i did not have sex", etc. the new nice political vernacular: we no longer have prisoners, we have "detainees", we no longer have interrogations, we have "interviews", we no longer have fatalities of prisoners following intense interrogations, these detainees are simply "released after their final interview". we have the constitution, we have the bill of rights, but we also have this: "anyone who is arbitrarily declared a "suspected enemy combatant" by the president or his designated minions is no longer a "person." They will simply cease to exist as a legal entity. They will have no inherent rights, no human rights, no legal standing whatsoever -- save whatever modicum of process the government arbitrarily deigns to grant them from time to time, with its ever-shifting tribunals and show trials." chris-floyd.com food for thought
