In that context, it seems that health care is something that our country should focus on in order to unleash human potential.

The more people you can get focused on the future instead of day to day survival the better off that society is.

In proportion to a failed terror attack that would have killed a couple of hundred people, we treat health care as a casual elective, despite the fact that it kills thousands of people yearly.
