Bill, IMO, there are lies and manipulation here:
First, we settled your deceptive assay drivel quite a while ago and you had _zero_ respnce to these very _very_ valid problems with your easy solutions to all our problems:
techstocks.com
I'm not taking followups here. My post are on record detailing:
How you used me and a friend with some IPM dirt last march to fabricate your "shareholder rebellion" so you could insert yourself into the middle of the situation -- though you held not a share allegedly.
How you _told_ me that if one can get the "goods" on a scam, it's easy to make money and get "paid off"...
How you lied to me, and manipulated my confidence.
How you urged me to avoid IPM, and suggested I buy your company Davison-Tisdale at 30cents after a run up from 5 cents, And Pacific Rim at $7, and gave me price predictions of $2 and $40 by last summer. Davison-Tisdale has more suscipious "footprint" if you ask me, hype and rumors of a 20 million $ buy out for a tailings pond from a director just before the stock tanks after a 500% run... Promises of financing and a drill program "in the bank" that were mysteriously delayed, and a startling admission (months after the hype) that btw, the mine could only be profitable with $500 oz gold!
You're post here continue to prevaricate, misinform and lack veracity:
Check out just these recent examples:

"Theo; In defence of Charters... I do not agree when he say IPM is a scam, a vacuum of information is not a confirmation of a scam, it is a hiatus within which no decision can be made. The jury is still out on IPM, and it is a specualtion, pure and simple..." >>

"...It (IPM) walks like a scam, talks like a scam, smells like a scam, is it a rose by another name?...">>
I don't even need a lab to tell there is a condradiction here. Yet alone with your past posts condemning myself and dozens more of criminal behavior. So, when were you lying to us Bill, then or when you said you don't think it's a scam?
You have in the past repeatedly posted _statments_ to the effect of IPM of being a scam, criminal conspiracy, that over 20 posters here are in criminal collusion, that it was all going to be over after Mr. Runyon got the land payment and all us co-conspirators were leaving the country. I don't think you are capabile of having a week go by without posting: BRE-X, BRE-X, BRE-X, like a cheap politian using sound bites and populist rhetoric.
IMO you've smeared and libeled people, and have made remarks I consider anti-semetic...
You have posted and/or agreed with posts accusing/implying Behre-Dolbear is part of an IPM scam, which is absolutely astounding, ignorant and unfounded.
But worst of all you have such a bad memory!
When IPM stock is strong, and the "short attackers" on the sidelines, you dissapear. But when the stock is vulnerable, and the short attack mounts, you _always_ reappear, having _forgotten_ all the things you've said, and all the propaganda of yours that has been previously discredited.
You gave me quite a scare a while back, scared me out of IPM shares at exactly the wrong time (perfect for the shorts)but on the plus side, it caused me to interview chemists and metalurgists around the world. All your hype including nickel-sulpher-fusion is just that, as it is hard to believe a supposed chemist could be ignorant enough to _still_ not grasp the concept of refractory ore after all this time.
You wrote here in your current assault:
"This level of due diligence could be done for $1000, more or less"
This whole tact of yours has to be one of the most inane things I have ever read on these threads. It's been said, time and again, there is no off-the-shelf fire assay that works _consistantly_ on this type of complex/refractory ore. There are many, known interferences and limitations that apply to this type of material. Your ignorance in this whole arena is documented in your past posts, where you prevarticated and revised assays for metals, as we made you face some of the facts. You have time to make all kinds of calls and post running IPM down, but not to Call Metalurgist Martin Hay in London (a former Bateman employee btw) and find out about the mine in FIJI still producing gold after 20 years on ore they can not assay! Is this a scam. Please do some research and present evidence. If not it _is_ a precident, and it's time to aknowlege the reality of refractory/complex ore and that posessing it is a conundrum not a criminal act! IPM is a speculation at this point, and yest BD would ages ago have run NiSulpher if it was the panacea you _falsely_ suggest! They've had a fiduciary obligation to do so. So would 2700 man strong Bateman. BD does NOT stick around for 3 years on scams or stock plays, I have repeatedly challenged people to cite an example of such to no avail, and Eldon here on this thread has interviewed Mr. Guenara personally about it and got a pretty definative answer.
It unbelievable to me that an educated person can not at this point comprehend the liklihood is: IPM has extremely difficult to assay ore, it can NOT be consistantly done with any off-the-shelf technology, and owning this stock _IS_ a big speculation as to whether their recovery and/or assay R+D will be finally be able to "crack" this _difficult_ ore and yeild metal. Yes, there there have been annoying delays, but while "Walter" has pointed out one alliteration, the one that comes to my mind is delay and difficult.
Finally, if it is so easy to substantiate a nationally prominient 50 million+ market cap Jr with $1000, then I have to wonder why you needed to raise that half million bucks for puny Davison-Tisdale, for the mysteriously delayed drill program (waiting for the price of au to be over $500/oz??? Bet the investors love that!)when you could have spent just a grand and gotten your stock out of pennies and attacted so many new investors.
The more I watch your false and sly modus operandi, your MPD-like vacilations between open-minded scientist, vicious/reckless IPM attacker, hard boiled experience stock trader, naive innocent investor "worried" about Bre-X, good samaritan SI investment arbiter, PFG/DDTS stock promoter/hyper, uninterested detached 3rd party just wanting to be an angel of due dilligence for no compensation... The more I watch this act, the more your own words ring in my ears, "If it walks, talks, acts like a scam..." And I just keep wondering if your posts are the scam?

PS... I will not be sinking to Mr. Jacksons level, or helping him clutter the thread up with the chaos he, Bernie (yes, Bill, I know how much you talk to him) and Mr. Chatters are trying to create here. Also, I have a deadline on some writing work, so my limited SI time will be to get Short Rep 2 out when I can. |
