If you know a lady well, and just want her to know it, bring her a single rose, her favorite color....It's not wasteful, and she will love it, and you for the thought. But bring a whole bunch of sweet peas, or violets....not just one. As for me, three pink beautiful peonnies would be great....or one large beautiful rose of any color, or a gigantic bouquet of sweet peas you have picked yourself out of the garden you grew. <grin> Happy New Year!
