The one group that remains the suckers of all time are the poor and minorities. They vote in lock step for Dems and are relegated to poverty. That is part of the tragedy of selling out to teachers unions. Unionized people tend to be much less concerned about the quality of their work than people who do it for the right reasons. Because education is becoming a union fife the quality continues to decline. Keep the kids propagandized and too stupid to reason for themselves. Imagine in another twenty years what would happen if someone dusted off a fifty year old standardized test. I doubt the comparative results would be favorable for the future.
