I thought Biden was telling him his tie was crooked.

Obama never looks at us. He looks left and right of us, where the teleprompters are. If he's talking on foreign TV, he looks at the people; if he's talking to foreign monarchs, he looks at their belt buckles.

His finger wagging and authoritative voice inflection while uttering nonsense is getting to be really old.
