More proof that the smartest person in the room is not the state legislator.

Here in Illinois, the Governor would have figured out how to get kickbacks in order to process the paperwork to use these loopholes. At least the legislators in Oregon are honest. Stupid but honest.

Public Value. Public Value. It is only ten or twenty million. Public Value. More like a education. Hopefully, the rest of the world sees this learns from the experience.
