Ah, what clubhouse? There is noone living above the clubhouse at Arbutus..there is no above.

I have a buddy of mine in Vic that is also invested in EC, he likes to golf. Im sure finding people in Victoria to golf wont be too hard, especially if they are invested in EC in a few months !!

grandpa, an ol' fastball player, with quite a "checkered" past.

Looks like we've got some good resistance in the mid $1.20's, maybe good ol' #13 will clean it up, again. Will be speaking with London, this week. cheers.
