Your SIL is not poor, if he is a prof he is making over $150,000 per year plus benefits. Get a grip.

You really need to do your research before you make statements like that. Just spoke with my daughter and my SIL makes about $50,000 a year.

HIs father, who just retired from a top university in the world, and is one of the top statisticians in the world, did make about $150,000 after 40 years of teaching.

My son in law could make $150,000 as a chemist in a corporation like dupont in a heart beat (but then they would own him). He chooses science and a modest life style so he can keep his freedom to do science..

YOur commnets are irresponsible.
