The ones eating only carbohidrate will get richer, change diets and and start eating more protein. As easy money for farm subsidies dry up in OECD, more impoortant beocmes the land outside OECD. As less land is required for cattle and crops, world will plant their energy to power their vehicles. I saw the amount of land in Angola. What a waste! Good land. Easy to mechanize but they lack capital technology and legal frame work. South Africans went there. As they are about to close the deal a general wanted 2 million USD for them to sue the water of the river that passed in the property. They backed off. The Zimbabweans moved from Zimbabwe to Nigeria to plant!!!! Can you beleive? Chose Nigeria instead of other country? Yes. So bad things are there. Right here -350Km south of Curitiba- we have apples orchard all developed by former French colonizers who were in Algeria and were kicked out after independence. Algeria loss. Our profit.
