LOL. Only someone who considers the DailyKOS part of the "media". You understand, of course, that the DailyKOS is an extreme left nutjob's opinion page?

but the non stop bitching that goes on.

Exactly right...and from the far left these days. The Huffington post, Kos and so on...their web pages are filled with reprinted articles critical of Obama, particularly on the economic and health care fronts, said articles then further sensationalized with distorted headlines that don't even represent the content of the article itself...it's as if these naive folks live in a fantasy world in which compromise is a mortal sin.

Yep...the liberal media myth lives on in the minds of the deluded.

And then the right says the media is in love with Obama. I have never seen such insanity. Is it possible there are drugs in the American water system that is prompting such contradictions? I am beginning to think so.

* Rep. Henry Brown (R) of South Carolina will announce today that he will not seek re-election in November. Brown, who won a closer-than-expected contest in 2008, was facing a tough primary challenge from Carroll Campbell III. Republicans expect to keep the race in GOP hands, though it's one more open-seat campaign for the party to deal with.

* Chris Cillizza notes the context of the Brown announcement: "The decision by South Carolina Rep. Henry Brown to retire brings Republican retirements to 14, a number that, if it continues to rise in the coming months, could curtail the expected GOP gains in the House in November."

* The National Republican Congressional Committee is having some trouble raising money, in part because "tightfisted Republican incumbents" haven't chipped in the way they're expected to.

It must be great to be so deluded that you can dismiss reality like you do.

the liberal media myth lives on in the minds of the deluded.

It is proven fact that most of the media is liberal.
