I graduated from Barrons a long time ago. I don't get emotional about investing/trading - that's the hallmark of an amateur. I just look at sentiment, money flow and amateur fund flows, along with a host of other technical indicators. In many fundamental ways - and I'm thinking of Hegel here - we live in an inverted-perverted world. It's the function of technical analysis to make informed profitable decisions, taking everything into account. The best trades are made when markets reach extremes.
