Chit never hits da fan overnite. It keeps rolling, and
they keep trying the same ole stuff until it no longer works.
When it stops working, they try something new and
do some "reforms". That's when chit hits da fan, and
that process also takes time -g-

We heard "reforms" a lot this year, so, I gather, da fan
may not be too far away.
