what's with this stuff against trying this failed bomber in court and then hanging him HIGH (federal death penalty, don't 'cha know!). Didn't the Bush team do exactly the same with the 'shoe bomber'????????? During WWII - if a German soldier was caught on USA soil would we have arrested him or put him in a military POW type setting. We should wakeup and treat these people as enemy combatants no matter if we catch them in the field or on our soil. By the time this lawyered up terrorist makes a plea bargain his information will be out of date and useless - we should waterboard him now.
