I have never seen the XXX get "stuck on stupid" like this.

Happens often since Clinton removed their gonads.
You aren't hearing about it only because the authorization to place high security classifications on documents has been delegated to such a low organisational level.

Watching Obama not respond to threats reminded me Hillary's question, "Who do you want answering the phone at 3 AM?"

I sure as hell know who I don't want answering it. He may have even ordered his staff not to call at that hour.
