The only playoff team the Eagles beat was the Cowboys

LOL, not yet. I don't see any playoff teams among their victories.

Dallas beat NO and Philly (twice) and lost to GB among the playoff teams.

Jeff: Philly needed to win to get the bye. If Minny lost to the Jints, Zona would have got the bye (if they beat GB) and then Dallas (with a win over Philly) would have got the #2 seed.

You play who's on your schedule. Sometimes it's when you play a team as well. I would have loved the Saints, Giants or Broncos in December versus September. The Saints were unstoppable in September/October but pretty beatable in December.

The Eagles have a lot of holes. I thought they were a 9-7 team at best coming into the season. They've been doing it with smoke and mirrors on the defensive side all season. I mean they signed Jeremiah Trotter who hadn't played meaningful football since 2006 season to play middle linebacker. (Losing Stewart Bradley to a season ending knee injury in the preseason and the loss of Dawkins)

I'm just hoping Reid brings them back to Big D with guns blazing. I'd rather see them die by the sword than another embarassing repeat of Sunday.
